can comfortably sleep 20 adults. Having a wedding? This house would be great for
the bride or groom's family. Noah's Ark can also be rented together with the house
next door, Rose Cottage,
which sleeps 8. No pets & no smoking, please. |

The 24' by 24' livingroom has a 24' beamed ceiling with a floor to ceiling riverstone fireplace, inset
with one of a kind hand-made art tile. Large windows and 3 sets of French doors open to a sun deck and
the beautiful gardens outside. There is plenty of comfortable furniture and an extra eating area. The living room has a 36 inch color TV with a VCR, DVD & cable.

| The gourmet eat-in kitchen would please any chef ! There is a Jennair gas stove with a griddle, 3 ovens, a center island with an extra sink and granite counters. French doors open to the sundeck, brick patios and beautiful gardens. |  |

The beautiful, formal, fireplaced dining room has beech wood floors with mahogany and maple inlays. It opens to the Victorian wrap-around porch with turned posts, gingerbread trim and plenty of rockers. |
| The Inn's bedrooms have new beds, private baths, 3 with Whirlpool tubs, color 25" TV's with cable and are beautifully decorated. Many of the rooms have private entrances. |
